Although the advice is quite mainstream, it is a great reminder to put into practice little actions that will help you become a positive/happier wife. The journal portion is also very useful to personalize your resolutions.

This was an excellent book

If you are looking for a book that encourages Christian wives in staying positive, you should read this book. Maintaining a positive attitude is not only good for wives as individuals, it is also good for their marriages. That being said, if you have a "me first" attitude and care nothing about being positive and encouraging so that you can have a positive effect on your marriage, don't bother reading it.
